Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing any product or service from Uplink Workspace Solution. By placing an order, subscribing to a membership, or accessing our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions
- “Uplink” refers to Uplink Workspace Solution
- “Member” refers to any individual or entity who has purchased a membership pass (Monthly or Annual)
- “Customer” refers to any individual or entity who purchases any product or service from Uplink, including Day Passes and Virtual Office plans
- “Credits” refers to the complimentary credits issued upon subscription and renewal of eligible membership plans, redeemable for meeting room hours and facilities at Uplink
- “Premises” refers to Uplink’s physical co-working space located in Ipoh, Perak
3. Products and Services
Uplink offers the following products and services:
Co-Working Space
- Day Pass (single-day access)
- Monthly Pass — Starter, Standard, Professional
- Annual Pass — Starter, Standard, Professional
Virtual Office
- Monthly Pass — Starter, Standard, Professional
- Annual Pass — Starter, Standard, Professional
Facilities
- Meeting room bookings (redeemable via credits or direct purchase)
- Printing services
- Other facilities as listed on our website from time to time
Descriptions, inclusions, and pricing for all products are as published on uplinkzone.com and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Membership & Subscriptions
4.1 Activation Membership passes are activated from the date of purchase or the booking date selected at checkout. Access to the premises is subject to verification of membership upon arrival.
4.2 Renewals Monthly and Annual Passes are subscription-based and will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Members are responsible for managing their subscription renewal settings through their account dashboard.
4.3 Credits Eligible membership plans include complimentary credits issued upon each subscription and renewal. Credits are:
- Non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash
- Valid only during the active membership period
- Redeemable for meeting room hours and facilities at Uplink
- Forfeited upon expiry or cancellation of membership
4.4 Dedicated Desk & Storage Members on plans that include a dedicated fixed desk or locked storage unit will be assigned their unit upon commencement of membership. Uplink reserves the right to reassign desk or storage allocations where operationally necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
5. Virtual Office
5.1 Business Address The registered business address provided under Virtual Office plans is Uplink’s Ipoh address. This address is for correspondence and registration purposes only and does not constitute a physical tenancy or lease agreement.
5.2 Mail & Parcel Handling Uplink will receive and hold mail and parcels on behalf of Virtual Office members. Members are responsible for collecting their items within a reasonable timeframe. Uplink accepts no liability for loss or damage to mail or parcels held on the premises.
5.3 Member Lounge Access to the Member Lounge (where included in the plan) is on a first-come-first-served basis. Uplink does not guarantee availability of specific seating or pods at any given time.
6. Payment
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods Uplink currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Online payment (credit/debit card)
- E-wallet (available options displayed at checkout)
- Direct bank transfer
- Cash on delivery / payment in person
6.2 Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking. For direct bank transfers, your order will not be confirmed or activated until cleared funds are received. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. For online card and e-wallet payments, your order is confirmed upon successful transaction completion.
6.3 Pricing All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Uplink reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Uplink handles all cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer automatic refunds, but we are committed to being fair and reasonable in every situation.
If you wish to request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at mail@uplinkzone.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. We will review each case individually and aim to respond within 5 business days.
In assessing a request, Uplink may consider factors including but not limited to:
- Whether the service or access has been used or partially used
- The timing of the cancellation request relative to the membership or booking start date
- The nature of the circumstances leading to the request
Where a refund is not granted, Uplink may, at its discretion, offer an alternative resolution such as a credit to your account, a transfer of the booking to another date, or a partial credit proportionate to unused service.
All decisions made by Uplink regarding refunds and cancellations are final.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
8. Rules of Conduct on Premises
All members, customers, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times while on Uplink’s premises. The following rules apply:
- Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared working environment
- Do not occupy more space than your membership entitles you to
- Keep common areas, the chill zone, and all shared facilities clean and tidy after use
- Do not bring illegal substances or engage in any illegal activity on the premises
- Respect other members’ privacy, belongings, and working space
- Uplink’s CCTV operates in common areas at all times
Uplink reserves the right to revoke access, suspend, or terminate the membership of any person who violates these rules. Any refund consideration in such cases will be subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy in Section 7.
9. Liability
9.1 Personal Belongings Uplink is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Members using locked storage units do so at their own risk. We recommend that members do not leave valuables unattended.
9.2 Service Availability Uplink will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the premises, WiFi, and all facilities are available during operating hours. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of services, including due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
9.3 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Uplink’s total liability to any member or customer for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that member or customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on uplinkzone.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Uplink Workspace Solution and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
Uplink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
